First Date Night - Pajamarama!

I have been meaning to share the pictures from our first date night, last weekend. We went to a big fundraiser for a local hospital. It was held at the ball park and was basically a huge pajama party - so much fun!! It was called Pajamarama. I think every party should be a pajama party. The tickets were pretty expensive, but Karina's husband Joel got them free from his work. Dinner & drinks were included and they had a band that was really good, dancing, casino games, some "races" and it was an all around good time! Here is the play-by-play through pictures .....

Haha, there were beach balls being tossed around on the dance floor and there was a huge one that totally snuck up and attacked Rudy, causing him to spill his drink all over himself. Karina and I saw the whole thing in slow motion - she even pointed to it as it was approaching and said, "Look, there's a beach ball" but the boys weren't paying any attention and we could not warn them in time. It was HILARIOUS!!! We couldn't stop laughing for such a long time and I nearly peed my pants!

The band was really good, they played all cover music, and the only thing they weren't good at was Michael Jackson. They played all types of stuff though!

My buddy Katie was there too, so we got in some dancing together! So fun to see her! The 3 of us used to work at Canyon Ranch together.

At 11 they had "midnight snacks" which was basically a pretzel and cheese, but they must have started handing them out early because we got up there before 11 and there was a crazy long line. By the time we got through it, they had run out of cheese - here's our "no cheese, sad face" picture. I was holding back laughter, of course ....

Immediately after the previous picture, Joel dropped his pretzel on the ground .... had to get a sad face picture of that too! Karina & I really were peeing our pants here, laughing soooo hard, haha!

After we got our pretzels we decided to head home and wanted to take the pretzels with us, but for whatever reason they told us we couldn't take any food out with us ... so we went around the corner and stuffed them in our purses. HA!! It was a great snack when we got home. :)

I was soooooo tired the next day, since the night before I only got 2 hours of sleep. Thankfully Ryder slept in a little bit, but Rudy had to go to work so I had to get up. What a long tiring day we had! But it was worth it because we had so much fun and we were long overdue for a date night! Can't wait for the next one!
