Well ... as you can see by the date on this post, I wrote it last week but just got around to uploading the photos today .... so here you go!
Last weekend was fun, but not nearly long enough! Friday I went to Costco with my mom and sister and then I went to a furniture store with my dad because he had seen some couches that he thought we would like and they were a really good deal. I liked them, but of course wanted Rudy to see them before making a decision. They let me put them on hold (they were the only ones - it was basically a big estate sale) for 24 hours. That night was my friend Katie's Bachlorette night .... so I went to that for awhile but didn't stay long because I was really tired. I just went to Chuy's for dinner and then they went out dancing and I went home. Saturday I did some cleaning and then went to my mom's 60th birthday party. It was fun and the food was DELICIOUS!!! I love mexican food! Then I had to come home and get ready to go back to work on Sunday ... no fun. The week is almost over and I am a little bummed because I am working for a friend on Saturday ... I am kind of regretting picking up the shift because it is alllllll day and I will only have one day off, but sometimes you have to do that. Oh yea, we ended up buying the couches. The store called to tell me that they had someone in there willing to pay cash for them so they needed to know if we wanted them or not and we decided to go for it. They are really nice and such a good deal I knew we probably wouldn't come across something like that again.
