Yay!

The shopping trip today was a success!!!  We went a little crazy (ok - I went crazy, Rudy only got a couple of things), but we got some GREAT deals and saved a lot of money.  It feels so good to get some new clothes every now and then.  And you can't beat $5 T's & tanks (+ an extra 30% off) - among the other deals at Old Navy.  It's usually hit or miss with that store for me, sometimes I can't find anything and other times I want to buy everything.  It was the latter today.  I can't wait to wear my new stuff!  Good thing I have 2 events to attend this weekend.  I was also able to find a cute dress to wear to my friend's wedding next month.  Yay!

I went to lunch with some work friends today and it was a nice time.  I had the most delicious tortilla soup!  I already want to go back for more.  The best part was that it was only 99 cents for a good size bowl of it.  It was only supposed to be that price if you added it to another lunch entree but our server was awesome and gave it to me for that price even though it's all I ordered.  It was pretty exciting to get my bill and see that it was only $1.05!
