I forgot to ask in my post yesterday .... are people still having trouble leaving comments on here?  I got a couple of messages on facebook from people saying they were not able to leave comments, but I couldn't ever figure out why.  When I went to the page, I was able to leave myself a comment.  Shoot me an email if this problem is still occurring and I will try again to fix it.  

Long day at work today ..... 2 schedule errors that were not my fault - but both made me look like the idiot!  First I was supposed to assist a class, so when I walked in and the guests asked if I would be the teacher I said no - but then no one ever showed up to teach!  I was not in the right clothes to teach it, but really had no choice in the matter.  The guests probably thought I didn't know what I was supposed to be doing.  Turns out, they left a blank hole in the schedule with no one to teach the class.  Then I showed up for my weight room shift at 1 (after lunch) and another instructor was in there and he made a comment that I got a good deal getting to trade my weight room hour for a private session (we get paid more for privates) and I said, "What are you talking about?"  He then tells me that he was told to cover my weight room because I had a private booked.  NO ONE BOTHERED TO TELL ME!!  So I had to run, change my clothes and grab music .... showed up a few minutes late for my private.  Cool, really cool.  I explained to her that no one told me, but I still felt stupid.  I hate looking like an idiot when it is completely not my fault.  Our scheduler did apologize and take the blame, but she is not the one that has to deal with the guests!  Oh well, at least I am home now.  Rudy is working late.  I have lots of favorite shows on tonight, so I plan to park myself on the couch for most of the evening.

Last night I was making dinner - Chile Lime Chicken Burgers from Trader Joe's.  I hadn't had them before but they sounded delicious so we were excited to try them out.  While they were in the oven,  I called my mom to tell her that a close family friend of ours is going to have a baby.  She asked what I was making for dinner and when I told her, she informed me that those burgers have been recalled!!  WHAT!?  She just heard it on the news earlier that day.  I looked it up online and sure enough, they were recalled.  People found plastic and bones in them!!  YUCK!!!  How random is that though?  Good thing I called her when I did and that we hadn't eaten them last week.  I couldn't even believe the timing of it all.  We were only 10 minutes away from eating them and I randomly decided to call my mom - thankfully!  I was so mad and disappointed that I went to bed without eating anything.  I woke up starving this morning!

Well, that's about it for now.  I am going to take a shower before I plant myself on the couch for the rest of the night.
