Biker Bingo!

Thursday night Rudy and I decided to go to Biker Bingo again (I went with some girls from work last week and it was so fun).  This week it was at a different Chuy's that is on the complete opposite side of town but we decided to go anyway.  And we are so glad we did!  Rudy ended up winning Bingo!  It was so exciting!  He won $200.  We had thought it was going to be $600 this week, but were happy to take the 200.  It came down to the last number of the night and as the lady was pulling the number I was quietly chanting forty-five, forty-five .... and then she said forty five and I couldn't even believe it at first.  It was so awesome and we are glad we went.  We are planning to go every week.  There is no limit on how often you can win.  What a easy way to make some extra cash.  And the best part is, it is free to play!  

Yesterday was my only day off this week.  A girl I work with has been trying for a while to get her on-call shift for today covered so she could go on a camping trip.  I felt bad that no one would pick up her shift (and a little irritated because we have a bunch of people who only work a few hours a week) so the other night I told her I would do it.  I was REALLY hoping they wouldn't need me ... but sure enough, they called me in.  It was only 3 hours so it wasn't that bad, but of course Rudy was off today.  Oh well, I am home now and I am going to go spend some time with the hubby and hopefully fun some errands ... I got most of the cleaning done yesterday.  Oh, yea Rudy broke his toe at work yesterday ... it's huge and purple.  Poor guy, it hurts him to walk.
