I was hoping to get some pictures up tonight, but I decided to spend the evening scrapbooking! I am WAAAY behind on this project. I had hoped to have Ryder's first year "scrapped" by his birthday. Ummm, not even close! I am over-whelmed with pictures and ideas for pages. Maybe I'll have it done by his 18th birthday. Ha! I was pretty successful tonight though and pleased with my accomplishment. I've really got to find more time for this!
Rudy has the next 2 days off and you better believe I have a mile long to-do list! There are many things I want to get done around the house before Ryder's upcoming party. I can't believe it's so soon! This time last year I was sooo pregnant and ready to pop. And I probably wasn't the nicest I have ever been. :)
I cleaned out Ryder's closet today and packed up a bunch of clothes that he has outgrown. Always a sad thing to do. I also realized that he doesn't have much in the next size (12 months). I have been stocking up on 18 months, but pretty much skipped the 12 month size. Oops. He will definitely need some more winter clothes, but I figured we'd buy them as he needs him.
Happy Birthday to my Peanut girl! 8 years ago, my sweet little girly came into this world and just a couple months later, into my life! I can't believe she is 55 in dog years. I swear she knew it was her birthday today. She kept acting like she was expecting special treatment and was giving me puppy dog eyes all day. I did give her a special chicken dinner and just might have to let her snuggle with me tonight.
Speaking of snuggling .... I am super tired. And I've got to get some rest so that we can have a productive day tomorrow! Let's hope I can sleep tonight. The past few nights have NOT been successful in that department.
