Ok, I am SERIOUSLY annoyed.  Our crib still hasn't arrived and it has been over 2 weeks since I ordered it.  My friend that ordered hers from the same website got hers in 5 days, and she lives really close to me.  I emailed the company yesterday asking when I could expect it to be delivered.  The lady responded saying it was "probably the holiday that slowed it down."  Kind of funny, since I ordered it 2 weeks before Labor day and it should have been here before the holiday even happened.  She also said she would get the tracking information and forward it to me by the end of the day.  Well, this was yesterday and I still have not gotten a forward from her.  No UPS truck today either.   I am completely losing patience!  If it doesn't come tomorrow, I think I am going to cancel the order and get it from a different website.  I found another one that has no tax & free shipping, and the crib is the same price on there.  I am also waiting for 2 other packages and am just going nuts!   I feel like a kid on Christmas eve - only Christmas keeps getting postponed.  Hopefully SOMETHING will come tomorrow.

Rudy and I had the last 2 days off together, which was super nice, since he worked like 12 days straight before that!  We got sooo much done!  Finally got the pool table and the foosball table out of the garage so that we could move some other things out there for the time being, until we can get a yard sale together.  We completely cleaned out the fridge, freezer and pantry.  This was MUCH needed!  I couldn't believe how bad the freezer and the pantry were.  We threw a lot of food away - I am completely ashamed by that, but what else can you do?  My grandma would have lost her marbles if she knew we did that!  (Side note: Has anyone seen the show Hoarders?  They recently had a food hoarder on there.  WOW.)  Anyway, it feels so good to be able to open the pantry and have things organized so much better ... to where we can actually see what's in there, and hopefully things won't get lost and wasted anymore.  Same goes for the freezer - we can now open it without things falling out and there is actually extra space.  Such a good feeling.  We also got everything out of the baby's closet (a few things are still going to be stored in there for the time being - it's a big closet and I don't think the baby needs all the space just yet).  And of course we did all the other deep cleaning that needed to be done.  We actually accomplished most of the things on the to-do list.  Now it's time to make another one. :)

We had our 2nd birthing class last night ..... is it too late to change my mind on the whole giving birth thing?  Can I just stay pregnant forever?  Haha, just kidding.  The teacher was passing around many different tools and things that sometimes have to be used during birth.  If you know me, you know I just can't handle these things!  I am sure people are wondering how in the world I am going to get through the birth, but I will be fine if they don't tell me what is going on and don't show me all of the ridiculous tools.  Just tell me when to push.  I didn't look at any of the things as she passed them around and when she talked about the epidural I closed my eyes and ears.  I am really getting excited for the big day.  We also did our tour of the hospital over the weekend and it made me more excited.  The hospital is great and the rooms are amazing.  They are all private suites and seem really comfortable.  While I may not be so sure about my doctor anymore, I am very satisfied with our choice of hospital.   I wish it wasn't too late to change my doctor, but I don't think that would be the best idea with such little time left.

Hopefully soon I will have more pictures of the nursery - crib and all!
