The concert was AMAZING!!! It was probably the 2nd best day of my life. :) She was beautiful, fantastic, inspiring and I didn't want the night to end. I really wanted to make it last forever. Our seats were really good, it was nice to be able to watch her instead of the big screen above the stage. The dancing was fantastic and I didn't realize it until afterwards, when I was looking through the program, but I knew one of the dancers! It was my friend from high school's older brother. I am so jealous. My dream job would be to dance for her. I am very inspired to start dancing again and I hope that I can get back what I had, despite the injuries I have had over the past 2 years (a torn hamstring at the connection is the major one that is still really bothering me). Back to the concert ..... the people sitting in our section were really LAME. They were hardly clapping at the end of the songs, no one was screaming or singing along (except for me, of course) and I was just really disappointed with the lack of enthusiasm around me. They were all just sitting there with blank stares on their faces. She probably won't want to come back to Phoenix because of the lame audience. No one even stood up!! Finally, Celine asked everyone to stand up and a lot of people in our section stayed seated! I was so irritated! After that one song, everyone else sat down but we stayed standing because she went right into another song that I love and I wanted to dance to it. This guy behind us started yelling at us to sit down and I turned around and told him that he was welcome to stand up and get into it too! I mean, come on, we were at a concert and I wanted to stand up for one freaking song, give me a break! I didn't let all the stupid people ruin my fun, I loved every second of it. I took a ton of pictures and some videos of my favorite songs. She played almost all of the songs I wanted to hear. I can't wait until the next time I can see her in concert. I wish I could just follow her around to every concert! Here are some pictures .........
Muhammad Ali was there!
I always love her outfits because they are always sparkly!!
Duet w/ Andrea Boccelli "The Prayer"
He was only there by video.
The stage was 360 degrees so she faced all ways,
that's where the big screen came in handy so you could always see the front
As she left through the audience, she talked to people,
shook hands and kissed people on the cheek!
After the show. Sad it's over. :(
